Thai ‘torture porn’ horror. When deranged noodle stall owner Mai (Mai Charoenpura) finds a dying man in her stall one night, she decides to chop him up and grind up his body parts to use as a new ingredient in her noodle soup. It turns out to be a wildly popular addition and, as the stall steadily gains business, Mai looks for new ways to ensure a steady supply of fresh human meat to feed to her customers.
